Dr. Curtis Gale-Dyer has been practicing osteopathic manipulative medicine since 2014. He founded Lexington Osteopathic in 2014. Using his extensive knowledge of conventional medicine combined with traditional osteopathic manipulation, he offers his patients the most comprehensive care possible.

I received my undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University in 1995. In 2002 I attended Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in 2007. It was during this time that I developed an appreciation and skills in osteopathic manipulative medicine. I then did a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at University of Kentucky from 2007-2011. I was board certified in 2012 and am a fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Since I have completed my training, I continue to pursue further knowledge and techniques to help my patients. I have completed numerous hours of continuing medical education in craniosacral techniques, muscle energy techniques, and various other forms of osteopathic manipulative medicine.
Besides my passion for medicine, I am an avid rock climber and Irish step dancer.
